We were brought together by our passion for running.
Natalia Calderón
My name is Natalia Calderón. I am a woman, mother, psychologist, health coach, and passionate runner.
Throughout my life, I have pursued balance between body, mind, and spirit, and I have discovered in sports—especially running—a powerful tool to reconnect with myself. I truly believe that well-being is holistic, and that only when we prioritize ourselves can we sustain everything else around us.
For me, running has been much more than exercise: it is my space of connection and my moment of clarity amid so many responsibilities. As a mother of two, I know how challenging it can be to find time for yourself. That’s why I believe every training plan must adapt to the stage of life we are in—only then does it become sustainable and transformative.
This personal journey inspired me to create 360xRunning: a space designed to guide and support women who, like me, seek well-being beyond the physical—an opportunity to reconnect with your body, mind, and purpose.
Throughout my career, I have worked for several companies and I am currently part of a family investment office specializing in various business projects. These experiences have allowed me to see firsthand how personal well-being directly impacts professional performance, motivation, and overall quality of life.
Through 360xRunning, I bring together my professional expertise and personal passions to inspire and empower women to reconnect with their strength, energy, and joy of living through running and holistic wellness.

“When we synchronize our physical activities with the fluctuations of our hormonal cycle, we can boost our biological system, energize our body, support our metabolism, improve our mood, prevent injuries, and help our overall health.”

Maria Paula Forero
My name is María Paula, and I am an Industrial Engineer from the University of the Andes, with a Master’s Degree in Socioeconomic Development from the London School of Economics.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various organizations, always driven by the desire to positively impact communities and people through my work. That same purpose inspired the creation of 360xRunning in 2023.
I have been an athlete my entire life and an amateur runner for more than seven years. I have completed three marathons and dozens of half marathons. Beyond running, I also love road cycling, pilates, and yoga, and I am passionate about maintaining a strong and healthy body.
My experience with running—and everything I have lived through in training over the years—has shaped my philosophy:
- I have explored different training methodologies, learning from excellent coaches while discovering what works best for me.
- I have faced injuries that not only taught me the psychological impact they can have on athletes but also gave me valuable knowledge about prevention and recovery.
- I have dealt with hormonal imbalances caused by intense training, but I have learned to overcome them through an understanding of women’s metabolism, sports science, and nutrition.
- I have gone through phases of obsessing over times and personal records, losing sight of enjoyment. Over time, I transformed that mindset, realizing that sport should be a space of self-love, adaptable to each stage of life and womanhood.
I constantly seek to expand my knowledge and have earned certifications in areas that matter deeply to me. I continue to study and learn, because research on women athletes is still in its early stages. More than ever, the sports world is recognizing that “we are not little men.”
At 360xRunning, we combine our academic training and personal experiences as runners to guide and support women in transforming their lives through sport.
