Is it an in-person or virtual program?
We are a 100% virtual and personalized program. Approximately every month, we organize face-to-face gatherings in Bogotá.
Is this program only for women?
Mainly yes, but we also work with some men who want a 360 approach.
Are the prices monthly?
Yes.
What does the monthly program include?
Monthly support in the three pillars (training, wellness, and mind) according to the established goals.
I am male, could I get some coaching?
Yes, we have spots for men at 360xrunning, and we have had very good results, not only in their target race times but also in what they have learned about the importance of a holistic approach.
We have seen how making changes in areas other than training makes a difference for men, and we are here to support them in that process.
Do you train people of all ages?
We train women and men aged 18 and over. We have had athletes ranging from 22 to 60 years old.
I have no running experience. Could you train me?
Yes! Our programs are aimed for people who want to start running, as well as advanced runners.
